Gaston D. Merideth is an ordained minister of the gospel who teaches the Word of God with a
flavorful blend. He has appeared on television talk shows such as ABC Black Almanac, Christian Television Network, Herman and Sharron Show, and HomeKeepers with Arthelene Rippy, in newspapers, radio shows, and in magazines. In addition to “Food for Thought” weekly newsletters and teachings, he also writes a monthly column titled “God Speed in Business” as well as a culinary tip of the month. He uses his talent in culinary arts when ministering the gospel of Jesus Christ. He has more than twenty-five years of experience as an accomplished chef, which includes prior ownership of two restaurants, two catering businesses, and is a former instructor of culinary arts. Gaston and his wife Kathy have been married for fifteen years.They have one son. They have experienced how applying the principles of God in their lives have truly blessed them, even during times of trial. They reside in Brandon, Florida and are members of Faith Christian Center, Florida under the leadership of Pastor Tom Garrettand Minister Stephanie Garrett .
